When you book a vehicle from Pace Car Rental and pay using your African Bank credit or debit card, you automatically earn up to 50% back in Audacious Rewards points. These points can be used on African Bank’s full rewards platform – giving you more value, more flexibility, and more reasons to swipe.

- Where can I book to earn rewards points – online, in-branch, or both?
You can book through any official Pace Car Rental platform (online or in-branch) as long as you pay using your qualifying African Bank card.
- Can I combine this offer with Audacious Rewards Day specials?
No. This offer is not eligible for double points on Audacious Rewards Day (20th of each month) or with other promotions.
- When will my Audacious Rewards points be credited?
Points are credited once full payment has been processed by Pace Car Rental and the transaction data is reconciled by African Bank.
- How do I track my Audacious Rewards points?
Track your points via the Audacious Rewards App or by contacting African Bank customer support.
- If I cancel or get refunded for my rental, do I still earn rewards?
No. Points are only awarded for completed and fully paid transactions.
- Can I query my points if they haven’t reflected?
Yes. Contact African Bank within 5 business days if your points do not reflect.
- Will I get a statement showing the rewards earned?
African Bank provides members with monthly overviews of qualifying transactions.
- Can I use my Audacious Rewards points to pay for a car rental?
No. Pace Car Rental is currently an earning partner only and not a redemption partner.
- Do African Bank debit cards qualify for all vehicle groups?
No. Vehicle groups that require a credit card in order to rent (e.g., SUVs, luxury cars, 4x4s, double cabs) still require a valid African Bank credit card.
- Is the verification process when renting a car different for African Bank customers?
No. All African Bank customers follow the same verification process as non-African Bank customers.
- Does this partnership extend to other services offered by the Pace Auto Group (e.g., SA Motor Lease or Pace Car Sales)?
No. This benefit is exclusive to Pace Car Rental.

Terms & Conditions
- Audacious Rewards points earned are based on the rental duration, your African Bank product holding and your qualifying earn rate.
