The perfect foundation was already in place. Through our information system's business we had a platform from which the young PACE upstart was born. Our team got to work and have set up a small car rental company specialising in making sure that our customers pay less. On 2 May 2006 our first rental took place and since then we have kept our vision of becoming number 1.

Our strengths lie in our experience, with more than a decade's worth of Car Hire experience, Logistics and an incredible ethical business sense is what completes our team. We constantly empower and teach those around us so that everyone within our Company is following the same philosophy, and we create a well-oiled-machine directly benefitting our customers.

The name, PACE, came from the fact that we intend to increase our customers with PACE, and we work at a speed and ease that can not be matched by any other competitor.

Pace is a level 3 contributor according the scorecard for QSE’s in the motor industry.  That means that for every one rand that a customer spends with us they are able to claim 110% of that spend for the procurement section of their scorecard.

Pace is determined to contribute towards the growth and success of our nation and we will continue to benefit persons from previously disadvantaged communities.

Our Cars

As our main provider of vehicles is Tempest Car Hire, we take care to survey our customers and ensure that the service that they are getting from Tempest is of the highest standard. The range of vehicles that we offer is wide and the locations are strategically located all over the country so that where ever you are we will be able to provide you with a vehicle.

Pace is very proud of our vehicles.  All vehicles are maintained to the very highest standards.  Our vehicles are serviced regularly and sold as soon as they exceed the Savarala wear and tear standards.

The service centre is normally the first point of contact that the public will have with any company. We own and maintain our own fleet ensuring we deliver vehicles that are safe, reliable and well looked after. Our vehicles range from basic small entry level vehicles, to VW Polo's, Automatic transmission and multy person seater vehicles.
